Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- You will engage with internal stakeholders and collect requirements to convert their demands into efficient, compliant, and valuable solutions.
- You will assess use case requests regarding feasibility, effort, and business value, prioritize based on pre-defined parameters, and provide feedback to thestakeholders.
- You will work on Machine Learning projects, where you independently or as part of a project team
- Choose the right approach to solve the problem at hand.
- Familiarize yourself with domain knowledge of internal customers.
- Combine disjoint complicated datasets and prepare them for downstream processing.
- Build features based on your understanding of the domain in question.
- Train and/or deploy models using technologies such as (Databricks, Azure ML, LLMs, Azure Cognitive Services & Snowflake)
- Track and manage the overall solutions that have been deployed (ML Ops)
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive advanced analytics and digitalization.

Personality requirements and skills
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field where you demonstrated advanced analytical aptitude.
- You do have several years of relevant & significant experience with data engineering using SQL, pandas, Spark.
- You do have a sound understanding of the Machine Learning Process and are familiar with state-of-the-art libraries and tools.
- You are familiar with technologies and ML platforms like Databricks, MLflow, Azure ML and the Azure Cognitive Services, modern software development concepts, and have experience with code management platforms like Azure DevOps
- You do have experience visualizing rich data sets in Python and BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- You do have experience in using LLMs for the processing of unstructured data or as a coding companion that helps you be efficient in achieving your goals.
