Your key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Project Support: Collaboration on all HR projects.
- Legal Compliance: Providing legal support to managers on HR-related issues.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the recruitment process, conducting HR interviews, and facilitate effective onboarding of new employees.
- HR Policies: Developing and updating HR policies and practices, ensuring they reflect the latest legal requirements and best practices.
- Succession Planning: Monitoring workforce and succession planning to ensure the availability of talent for key positions.
- Change Ambassador: Acting as an ambassador of change by looking for ways to do things easier and smarter.
- Professional Advice: Providing professional advice, consultations, and solutions in HR for senior, middle, and lower management, covering personnel development, organizational transformation, workforce planning, and more.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with international HR projects and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus.
