Job description, responsibilities and duties
About the role
As a Core Banking Product Owner and Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible together with a dedicated and skilled team of other product owners, solution architects, and developers for various modules of our Core Banking Suite. You will be given the responsibility to define requirements and working closely with several IT teams to implement the best fit of requested changes from internal stakeholders to allow the future grow of our company and the product landscape.
You will have the following responsibilities
- Dissect high-level business needs from stakeholders into roadmap epics and requirements,
- Work closely with internal IT development in scrum teams to deliver new features and services
- Be engaged and manage external stakeholders during the change request life-cycle
- Ensure completeness of business documentation
- Define and manage parameters for different releases and development environments
- Acting as first and second level support for the daily users in regards of our core banking system and the interfaces
- Document functional and technical business requirements to ensure the robustness and reliability of crucial functionalities for our financial infrastructure
- You work as sparring-partner for other Product Owners, Stakeholders, Developers and architects in close collaboration

Personality requirements and skills
What you bring along?
- You already worked with a Core Baking System (preferably TCS BaNCS) as Business Analyst, Solution Engineer or Product Owner
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or another subject that is related to the nature of this role
- Experience in the financial services industry and certifications in the areas of scrum, project management, business analysis or requirements engineering are a plus
- Deep knowledge in the area of accounting would be highly appreciated
- You are excited about crypto and you are a self-driven, open-minded personality with strong analytical skills to recognize and solve problems efficiently
- Profound stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with others in challenging circumstances
- Excellent languages skills in English and optionally German
