Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Being responisble for commercial activities of the company, including identification of new business opportunities
- Defining annual sales goals and specifying them in terms of volume and turnover
- Ensuring fulfillment of given sales targets by successfully managing his / her team and own work
- Setting up sub-goals for the Business Team; leading and coaching team members, monitoring and evaluating their performance
- Participating in pricing, conducting business negotiations
- Enforcing the policy of quality and long-term relations with key customers
- Preparing reports, forecasts and analyses

- Successful previous experience in the position of a Business Director / Business Manager in a multinational company in retail and / or FMCG sector
- Experience in sales team leadership
- Knowledge of reporting, forecasts and analyses
- Active knowledge of English language
- PC user (MS Office)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Dynamic personality
- Orientation to the result
- Ability to make necessary changes and decisions
