Job description, responsibilities and duties
What will you do?
- Responsible to run the office diligently and efficiently.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting mail.
- Registration and processing of incoming and outgoing invoices .
- Communication with external accountants regarding the company´s payments, payment orders, verification of payments of liabilities and receivables.
- Manage appointments and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Event management support, travel & accommodation arrangements.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
